Enable Language Bar in Settings:

 

1.     Press Windows logo key + I, to open Settings.

2.     Click on Devices and select Typing on the left pane.

3.     Click on Advanced keyboard settings.

4.     Click on Language bar options.

5.     Select the checkbox for Show additional Language bar icons in the taskbar and Show text labels on the Language bar.
